Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We operate an appointment booking and reminder system to provide you with a service at the time of your scheduled appointment. 

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. Consequently, if a client doesn’t attend at an appointed time or cancels at short notice, our Clinic is unable to book in other paying clients and incurs a financial loss. Such losses could accumulate and either place the business under financial pressure or would require higher fees being charged to all clients to cover such eventuation’s. Rather than charge more for our clients who attend on time, we have this cancellation policy. 

Late Cancellation / No Show Policy 

A $50 rolling* deposit is required for ANY booking. It is refunded if you wish not to go ahead with future bookings. If changes must be made to your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice.

Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

Changes made within 24 hours will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment fee.

For Prepaid clients

Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee, OR your prepaid treatment time will be halved (e.g 1 hr will be shortened to 30 mins).

Changes made within less than 24 hours will result in one prepaid treatment being forfeited.

If the above fees are not paid within 24hrs, then your deposit will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to make bookings and your future bookings will be cancelled until the balance has been paid in full. You will be required to pay the deposit again if it was forfeited.

*Rolling deposit means you pay once off, and it stays on your account so you can make future bookings.

Please note- not responding to the confirmation text message IS NOT cancelling/changing your appointment and if you do not cancel/change your appointment within 48-hours the above fees WILL apply.

Late Policy 

Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, you will be charged the full-service amount even if time cannot be made up. 

Refund Policy 

We do not refund for change of mind; however, if you have paid for a package and have unused sessions that you can no longer receive, we allow transfers to current and new clients. Please request a transfer in writing to hairfree.permanently@gmail.com for review. 

Payment & Package Policy 

Payment is required at the time of treatment if paying by cash or card, if you are paying by direct debit, it must be cleared into our account before the start of your treatment. A package is the purchase of a group of treatments for a discount to a single person. All packages have a 1-year expiry from the purchase date. 

Referral Policy 

Word of mouth referrals mean so much to us so as a way to say THANK-YOU for recommending us to your friends and family, you will receive a $50 (per hour) discount off your next service. Please make sure they tell us at the time of consultation that you referred them.
